Isn't that a good idea? I wish more vendors would offer foods prepared with their products (like they don't already have enough to do). But Simon's products sound delicious. I mean, pork and slaw, what could be better?
I did end up getting one of these sandwiches and it was really damn good. It was also way to much food. The sandwich is huge and it came with a plate of steamed collards. Really good stuff.
